Skills that don't pass are quarantined and not listed. There is no manual override. The catalog only surfaces skills that completed the full review with passing artifacts.

Each release is cryptographically signed. Your agent verifies the signature before invoking a tool. An unsigned or tampered tool is refused before any execution begins.
